Hello!

Coping with life's challenges can sometimes feel exhausting and lonely. Emotional burdens, past traumas, or the process of adapting to a new life can be overwhelming. If you're ready to take steps toward regaining control, feeling better, and shaping your life in a meaningful way, I would be honored to support you in this journey.

Using evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Sex Therapy, and Family-Couples Therapy, I offer a personalized approach to help determine the most suitable support method for you.

Life’s challenges are not easy to face, but you are not alone in this process. If you’re looking to heal, grow stronger, and give your life a new direction, I would be happy to support you. When you feel ready, feel free to reach out and take the first step on this journey together.

Fees, Insurance, and Session Information:

Sessions are conducted via secure video calls on a platform provided by Psychology Today, which ensures the protection of personal data and confidentiality.

In addition to e-transfer, other payment methods such as credit cards are also available.

I work with Blue Cross as a direct billing insurance provider, meaning I can receive session fees directly from the insurance company. For clients with other insurance providers, as long as psychotherapy services are covered in their policy, they can submit the invoice I provide to their insurance company for reimbursement. In such cases, clients pay the therapy fee upfront, and the insurance company reimburses them afterward.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

COUPLE AND FAMILY THERAPY

SEXUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy offers support to clients seeking to cope with a variety of psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, anger management, addictive behaviors, and trauma. During therapy, clients' emotional awareness is increased, they are helped to recognize negative thought and behavior patterns, and they are supported in coping more healthily with changes and challenges in their lives. It also guides clients through a process of personal growth and self-awareness, contributing to a more balanced, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Couples therapy and family therapy provide support for couples and families who want to resolve communication problems in their relationships, strengthen trust and intimacy, and manage conflicts. The goal of therapy is for couples and family members to better understand each other, express their emotions effectively, and resolve conflicts in healthy ways. By offering guidance on difficulties in parent-child relationships, generational conflicts, divorce or separation processes, and family crises, it contributes to making relationships more functional and supportive.

Sexual therapy helps male and female clients cope with sexual function and health issues such as decreased libido, performance anxiety, ejaculation problems, orgasm problems, vaginismus, and sexual trauma. The goal of therapy is to help clients gain awareness of their sexual identity, orientation, pleasure, and intimacy. Furthermore, by providing guidance on improving sexual health and strengthening intimacy and emotional bonds, it contributes to clients leading a more satisfying, healthy, and fulfilling sexual life.
